Pricing: 
This website is published with specific item pricing that honors both Minimum Advertised Pricing and Minimum Resale Pricing.  You are welcome to call us at 1-877-SOLUNAR for pricing, availability, and product information.  Special volume and package pricing is also available.  All prices are subject to change without notice. 
 

Terms:
Standard terms are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).  Net 15-Day terms will be extended at Solunar Services LLC discretion for customers with six months of regular buying history and a superior credit background.  A 1.5% monthly service charge will be assessed on all past due accounts.  A $25 processing fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Payment Processing:

At the time of your order, Solunar Services initiates a payment authorization against your method of payment.  This will show as "Pending" or "Authorization" depending upon the specific financial institution used for payment.  Funds will not be transferred until at least one item of your order has shipped.  In most cases, a partial capture of funds will be performed for the amount of the items that have shipped.  In the event the items ordered cannot ship prior to the authorization expiration, a full capture at our discretion may be initiated to keep the order in our system.
 

Shipping:
Solunar Services ships via a variety of major carriers.  Shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all carriers’ websites).  Please note all lost or damaged third party shipment claims must be initiated by the customer.  Please contact Service@Solunar.com for information.  
Solunar Services does not ship to international addresses under any circumstances.
 

Warranty/Return Policy:
Solunar Services offers a return period of 15 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order or Non-Stock items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, used weapons and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to Service@Solunar.com or call 877-SOLUNAR and be sure to provide the original order number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact us for details.
